Absolutely loving this Coconut Cacao Acai Bowl right now! Perfect for these warm July days. (Speaking of July…does anyone know where the year has gone…..?) At least my Hibiscus plants are in full bloom. Vibrant and gorgeous as always. This smoothie bowl is heaven! Creamy chocolate and acai topped with shredded coconut flakes??? Need I say more??? I love Sambazon ACAI! It adds the perfect amount of fruity flavor to your smoothie bowls and works perfectly with the cacao & chocolate flavors.
I know it has been a bit since I’ve posted. It’s been a whirlwind with our lives and our new home (…also known as the never ending project) and so forth. Hoping to get things back on track soon, delivering you all with some delicious recipes. I’m looking forward to being in my new kitchen soon and having all my essentials readily available for me. How to make:
1 packet of Sambazon Acai, frozen
3/4 cup unsweetend almond milk
1 banana, frozen
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with coconut flakes, shredded coconut and cocoa nibs.
