Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Add meat to a large mixing bowl. Gently break up the meat with a fork.
Add bread crumbs, grated cheese, garlic, parsley, eggs, salt and pepper and gently combine mixture until evenly mixed.
Add wine and gently mix until combined and absorbed.
Evenly distribute 10-12 meatballs (approximately 2.5" balls) onto the sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until lightly browned.
Add to your favorite sauce and cook for an additional 25 minutes. Serve with a sprinkle of parsley and grated cheese.
