Blueberry Oat Smoothie
Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon greek yogurt
  • 1 organic medjool date, pitted
  • 1 teaspoon maca (optional)
  • 6-8 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy!
