In a large bowl, combine cauliflower with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, cumin and salt and pepper.
Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
In a large glass bowl, combine red cabbage with apple cider vinegar, honey, lime juice, cilantro and salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Start by assembling the tacos with cauliflower, black beans and avocado slices. Then top with red cabbage slaw.
Sprinkle with feta cheese and a squeeze of lime. Serve with your favorite salsa or hot sauce and enjoy!
