Warm Chia and Oat Pudding
Ingredients
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Handful of sliced almonds, toasted
Instructions
  1. Warm almond milk and maple syrup in a small sauce pot on medium to low heat, about 5 minutes. 
  2. Add chia seeds and cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Add quick oats and continue to cook on low heat with the pot top on for about 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. 
  4. Transfer to a bowl and top with blueberries, almonds and extra maple syrup.
