Peppermint, Peanut & Pretzel Dark Chocolate Bark

- 3 cups dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- ½ cup peanuts, chopped
- ½ cup pretzels, chopped
- ⅛ cup peppermint candies, chopped
- Sea salt flakes
- Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Add the chocolate and coconut oil to a glass bowl over a double boiler. Warm until the chocolate is smooth.
- Pour the chocolate onto the baking sheet. Spread to the edges and smooth the top.
- Sprinkle with peppermint candies, peanuts and pretzels. Pressing lightly down on the big pieces.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes.
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Break bark into small pieces and serve.
