Caprese Naan Bread Pizza’s

It’s a been a minute since I’ve posted…. But these Naan Bread Pizza’s sounded just perfect to snack on this evening! They are so simple to make and only take 8 minutes to cook to perfection! Those soft naan bread sliced become wonderfully crunchy in the oven and the mini mozzarella balls work great to bring these mini pizza’s to life!

How to make:

4 slices Naan bread
1 cup cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced
1 cup small mozzarella balls, sliced
Drizzle of balsamic vinegar
Drizzle of olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Place naan bread on baking sheet.
Top with sliced tomatoes and mozzarella.
Bake for about 8 minutes until cheese is melted and the naan bread is crispy.
Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Add a pinch of salt and red pepper flakes.
